Rediff.com’s long-time CFO Joy Basu has quit the Nasdaq-listed firm, according to a multiple persons familiar with the situation. Basu, who joined Rediff (NSDQ: REDF) in 2003, has worked at Sahara India Media Communications, Sterlite Group and RPG Group in the past. Basu could not be reached at the time of writing. CEO Ajit Balakrishnan declined comment. “We don’t announce or comment on people joining or leaving us,” he wrote in response to an email.
